Key Word List at the Ready -
I have seen many people get hung up with using a keyword as a variable and observing unusual results, or others who are new to the language wondering what is and what is not a key word.
Some may be wondering - what is a key word? It is a defined word that the interpreter recognizes as a component of the Liberty Basic language. It is not always a command, but it is always reserved by Liberty Basic for Liberty Basics purposes. You should avoid using keywords as variables, labels or sub and function names. To do so is to invite unpredictable results.
But what are the key words anyway? It actually is not a secret - key words are listed for everyone right in the Liberty Basic help file:

Here it is shown in alphabetical order. It can make interesting reading, and can actually help you in understanding Liberty Basic to simply peruse the list now and then. I often surprise even myself with what I did not know, but found I could easily learn from studying the list.
